What are your age requirements?

The minimum age requirement is 23 years. Drivers aged 23 and 24 pay a young driver fee of $25 per day.

Do I need a deposit?

Yes, a deposit is required for security purposes. The amount of the requested deposit will be returned to you. Please note that we do not accept debit cards or cash for the deposit.

How much is the deposit amount?

The security deposit varies based on the vehicle class, with an amount of $500 ($1,000 for the Honda Talon UTV), payable by credit card only.

Can I use my international driver’s license?

Valid driver’s licenses issued in your state or country are acceptable as well as international licenses.

Do I need insurance?

No insurance is required, but we do recommend that you accept one of our optional insurances/waivers.

Do you pick-up and drop-off customers?

Yes, we provide free pick-up and drop-off services to our clients.

Do you deliver and pick-up the vehicle?

Yes, we do provide these services,at the Cruise-Port

Do you pick-up and drop-off at the airport?

Yes, we pick-up and drop-off at the airport free of charge. Our airport shuttle service provides exclusive transportation between the airport and our Main office, which takes about 7 minutes in either direction.

What forms of payment do you accept?

The security deposit must be on a credit card. Debit cards and cash are not accepted for the deposit.

Can I use another person’s credit card for renting a vehicle?

Yes, but the card holder must be present (with proper I.D. and driver license) to sign the rental contract. The card holder must meet the required age requirements.

What type of vehicles do you have in your fleet?

We have, Mid-size, Full-size, Jeeps, SUV’s and Vans and UTV

Do you have automatic or stick shift cars?

We have automatic cars only.

Do you have air conditioned cars?

Yes, all of our cars (exept the UTV) have air-conditioning.

What is the minimum rental period?

We have a minimum rental period requirement of one day (24 hours).

Do you offer accessories with your rentals?

We do have accessories that can be rented with the vehicles for example: Infant Seats, Baby Seats, Booster Seats.

Is there an additional charge for more than one driver?

An additional driver costs $4.99 per day.

Is there an additional charge for fuel?

The fuel tank must be returned with the same amount of gas that was delivered to you. If you return the vehicle with less fuel, our fuel rate will apply.

Can I rent a vehicle for a month and do I receive a special rate?

Yes, vehicles can be rented by the month and you can receive a special offer. Please contact us for available specials and discounts.

If I have a departing or arriving flight during your closing hours, is there anyway you can still offer service?

Our office is open every day from 8 AM to 6 PM. If your flight is outside those hours, message us when you book so we can arrange it. A late vehicle return is charged $25 per hour for a Jeep and $50 for a UTV.

What are your opening hours?

Our hours of operation is Monday thru Sunday

8 am to 6 pm
